I am an out-of-network provider. That means that I do not participate in any managed care plans. Clients are responsible for communicating directly with their insurance carrier and are expected to pay in full for services, at the time of each session, regardless of insurance coverage and reimbursement.
Despite my out-of-network status, as licensed psychologists, the psychological services I provide qualify for reimbursement through many insurance companies. I therefore recommend that you contact your insurance carrier to inquire about your out-of-network coverage and benefits. I will provide you with a monthly superbill should you choose to submit claims to your insurance company for reimbursement.
*Please contact your insurance company to inquire about pre-authorization requirements to assure that pre-authorization for services is obtained, if necessary, prior to the initiation of services.
FEES: Please contact me to receive information about fees for services provided.
